You can directly make a conversation to support with the help of Google Assistant in Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Both the devices are running on Dev 8.1 oreo preview version has the ability to solve device problems.

Assistant is able to check the battery health, camera, headphone jack problems, or even boost the device performance. It is also able to detect the apps which are taking more juice of battery and data.

However, Android oreo 8.1 is under dev testing and will be rolled out soon. It would be great if Google rolls out this feature to lower versions also.
