OnePlus 3 and 3T is receiving Android Oreo OTA

Although OnePlus has launched 5T successor version of OnePlus 5. Staying at their promise company is also caring about its old devices as OnePlus starts rolling out Android Oreo to it’s OnePlus 3 and 3T devices from the recent day. Both the devices are now receiving Android 8 Oreo version and OxygenOS 5.0 Over the air. If you have these devices and didn’t get any notification go and check in Settings for System Updates

Update is going to bring these features 

  • Limited Background processes
  • Boost performance for apps and optimize battery backup
  • Autofill passwords and Smart text selection
  • Picture in Picture mode lets you use other apps example during video calling
  • New Security patches
  • Notification dot to apps and improved notification bar.

You can connect to wifi with Google Lens just take a picture of your wifi router and next time whenever you point the camera to the router your phone will get connect to wifi automatically.

When you see a poster of an Event or Concert point the camera on the poster Google lens will automatically provide the details to book your ticket.
